PICTURE CLOCK v. 1.0

This file contains information on installing Picture Clock. The files 
distributed with the PCLOCK.ZIP should include the following:

PCLOCK.EXE           	main program file
PCLOCK.HLP              help file for Picture Clock
CTL3DV2.DLL             3D control .dll file
README.TXT              this file

To Install Picture Clock, create a directory and copy PCLOCK.EXE and 
PCLOCK.HLP into the directory. Copy CTL3DV2.DLL into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM 
directory only if CTL3DV2.DLL does not already exist in that directory, OR 
the date of CTL3DV2.DLL in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory preceeds the version 
in the PCLOCK.ZIP file. Make sure CTL3DV2.DLL does not reside in the same
directory as PCLOCK.EXE! You will receive an error if you do.

If you experience problems with operation of Picture Clock, try deleting the 
private profile file in the WINDOWS directory. This file is named PCLOCK.INI, 
and contains information on the clock settings. Deleting this file and 
restarting Picture Clock will reinitialize the program.

You can also view the PCLOCK.HLP file by double clicking on the name in file
manager in Windows. This file has information on how to reach the author and
how to solve common problems.
